Aquiera Halsey, MPH is The Worthiness Coach, a queer lesbian mystic, psychic medium, energy healer, and trauma-informed coach rooted in Baltimore, Maryland.
If you have done everything right, the therapy, the journaling, the affirmations, the self-help, and still find yourself cycling back to the same exhaustion, the same smallness, the same quiet feeling that you are somehow not enough, her work was made for you.
Aquiera serves those who are spiritually aware but stuck. Those who have been over-functioning so long that burnout feels like personality. Those carrying the weight of generations in their body without a name for it. Those who have spent a lifetime shaping themselves around survival and are finally, achingly ready to return to who they actually are.
She holds particular devotion to Black women and men navigating the intersection of excellence and depletion, and to LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, especially queer lesbian women of color, who have felt unseen, unprotected, or forced to earn belonging in spaces that were never built for them. Her background in public health and health equity gives her a grounded understanding of why so many people arrive at her work depleted, because the systems were never designed for them to thrive.
Her gifts span the seen and the unseen. As a psychic, medium, and channel, she receives and transmits what cannot always be accessed through the thinking mind alone. As an energy healer and mystic, she works within the body, the field, and the lineage. As a hypnotist and spiritual life coach, she creates the conditions for the subconscious to finally release what it has been quietly protecting for years.
Her own path began with healing the mother wound that once shaped her through imposter syndrome, fearful avoidant attachment, and patterns of addiction. Hypnosis became her doorway home, and that transformation is now the foundation of how she serves others.
Since January 2024, she has been a devoted student of Mystic University, completing over 90% of its curriculum across 100+ courses. Her work has been featured in Mystic Circle Magazine, Voyage Baltimore, and on Medium, and she has spoken at the World Pride Community Conversations Summit at Howard University, Jefferson Health, and the Connecticut Health Information Management Association.

Psychic reading • February 4, 2026.
Initially I learned about the Wisdom Network from Threads, as I responded to a post, back in December 2025, about desiring someone Black and preferably queeer to work with for my spiritual goals. Aquiera responded to me with a DM on her services and a link to the main website. I shared with her that I didn't know where to start and she recommended a consultation to go over my goals.
During our consultation, we were able to get better acquainted with each other and I learned that we had similar backgrounds. After sharing my curiosities Aquiera recommended a psychic reading and asked that I: 1) am sure that the appointment is scheduled in a good environment and 2) come up with a handful of questions to ask her. After those quick 30 minutes, I took some time the remainder of January 2026 to contemplate which questions were my priority.
Fast forward to February, I was traveling for a work conference and realized I had the perfect environment and headspace to book an appointment with Aquiera. I quickly went to the site to book the psychic consultation, and realized there were no available appointment times for that same day. I reached out to her via Threads and asked if there was a chance she could fit me in and she was able to provide me an update within an hour. I was able to meet with her after all!
During our psychic reading, going into it I'll admit I was skeptical. After all, my own upbringing and experiences with religion and spirituality has been consistently questionable throughout my life. As we went through my questions, I was open to receiving any messages as I'm in a period of transition in my life and was genuinely seeking direction and above all clarity. After going through my questions, Aquiera gave me plenty of time to digest and ask any follow up questions. At the conclusion of our session, she gave me the audio and video recording, notes, and summary of our time together (which was so thorough).

As I slowly started to make my way down the list, I realized that during my lifetime I had been passively channeling! I had a powerful energy healing exchange with Aquiera today, and I want to share my experience.
During the scan of my body, she intuitively picked up on several areas that were holding energetic blocks. She sensed that my heart chakra was carrying a deep desire for peace, love, and support, and that my knee pain was connected to energy that was preventing forward movement in my life. The pain in my knee had been intense and felt like it was holding stagnant, negative energy.
As she began working on my heart chakra, she energetically cleared abandonment wounds. I could actually feel the moment she worked on it—it felt as if a wall inside my heart space was knocked down and crumbled. It was a very emotional and powerful release.
When she worked on my knee, she removed the pain energetically throughout my body and cells. The intense heat that had been radiating from the pain suddenly shifted, and I felt a cooling sensation—almost like an ice pack soothing the area. It was immediate and noticeable.
