Welcome to The Wisdom Network. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site and Services, or by paying for any services, you automatically agree to these Terms and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CMBC Wellness LLC, the owner of The Wisdom Network.

At The Wisdom Network, we strive to provide high-quality services. Our practitioners undergo a rigorous vetting process to ensure they have the necessary certifications, skills, and genuine commitment to their craft.

Rigorous Vetting: Each practitioner is thoroughly vetted and certified by Mystic University or other esteemed institutions, ensuring authenticity and expertise.

3. Services
The Wisdom Network, operated by CMBC Wellness LLC, connects users with certified spiritual life coaches, herbalists, psychic readers, astrologers, healers, manifestation coaches, and other holistic practitioners. While we ensure that our practitioners are certified and vetted, we do not guarantee any specific results from the Services provided. Your progress and results depend on your active participation and commitment.
4. Disclaimer of Results
Although we are results-oriented and quite effective in getting results, CMBC Wellness LLC and The Wisdom Network, along with its practitioners, do not promise or guarantee any specific outcomes or results. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your own progress and results. Only you can guarantee your results by being an active participant in your journey.
5. Hold Harmless Clause
You agree to hold CMBC Wellness LLC, The Wisdom Network, its affiliates, practitioners, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, actions, or damages (including attorney fees and court costs) resulting from your use of the Services, including any harm or loss you may suffer. This hold harmless agreement includes, but is not limited to, any claims of malpractice, negligence, or failure to achieve desired results.
6. Arbitration Clause
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Atlanta, GA, and the judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

8. No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens, and we want every client to have the opportunity to experience the transformative sessions our practitioners offer. At the same time, we ask that you honor the time and energy of our practitioners by treating scheduled appointments with care and intention.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Since all sessions are prepaid, clients may reschedule at no additional charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session using the rescheduling link provided in their confirmation email. Please note that all sales are final — cancellations do not qualify for a refund regardless of when the cancellation is made.
No-Shows
A "no-show" is defined as a client failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice. Because all sessions are prepaid, no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session and the full payment. No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows. Practitioners are not obligated to wait longer than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time before marking the session as a no-show.
Repeat No-Shows
Clients with two (2) or more no-shows within a 12-month period may have their access to certain practitioners or services restricted or suspended at the discretion of The Wisdom Network.
Practitioner Cancellations
If a practitioner cancels or fails to appear for a scheduled session, the client will be entitled to a full refund or, at the client's choosing, the option to reschedule at no additional charge. Practitioners are held to the same standard of accountability we expect of our clients.
Disputes
Any disputes regarding no-show forfeitures or practitioner cancellations must be submitted in writing through the platform within seven (7) days of the scheduled session. CMBC Wellness LLC reserves the right to make final determinations regarding all disputed cases.
By booking a session through The Wisdom Network, you agree to this No-Show Policy as part of the Terms and Conditions of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
CMBC Wellness LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site and Services after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
