I’m Aquiera Halsey, The Worthiness Coach. I support those who feel unseen, burned out, or spiritually exhausted and those who’ve carried the heavy belief that they must earn the right, do more, be better, or hurt quietly to prove they belong.
If you’ve ever felt unworthy, invisible, or shaped your identity around survival, know this: the wound is not your fault and your worth was never lost, only forgotten.

As a Queer practitioner rooted in Baltimore, Maryland where I live with my tiny but fierce Yorkie, Arya Stark, I guide clients through the deep work of returning to themselves. Through ancestral veneration, intuitive healing, hypnosis, and trauma-informed coaching, I hold space for LGBTQIA2S individuals, Black women and men, and intersectional communities to reconnect with the truth that they are sacred, whole, and inherently worthy.
My own path to worthiness began with healing the mother wound that once left me with imposter syndrome, a fearful avoidant attachment style, and patterns of addiction. Hypnosis helped me find my way home to myself and now I support others in doing the same.
Since January 2024, I’ve been a devoted student of Mystic University, where I’ve completed over 90% of the curriculum (100+ courses) to deepen my spiritual and metaphysical practice.

During one of my worthiness sessions, I was distracted and having a tough time staying grounded.
It was 9:19pm when my coach told me to ground myself—again, for the third time! By 9:32pm(13 minutes later—I’m sure that number represents something deeper), my watch thought I was asleep—resting heart rate detected. I wasn’t—I was just so deeply at peace. I stayed in that calm, weightless place until almost midnight. The only reason I came out of it was because I picked up my phone—don’t recommend.
I can’t even explain what she unlocks in me. It’s like her voice, her energy—just who she is—opens a door I didn’t even know was there. She helps me come back to myself when I feel scattered, lost, overwhelmed.
