I’m Aquiera Halsey, The Worthiness Coach. I support those who feel unseen, burned out, or spiritually exhausted and those who’ve carried the heavy belief that they must earn the right, do more, be better, or hurt quietly to prove they belong.

As a Queer practitioner rooted in Baltimore, Maryland where I live with my tiny but fierce Yorkie, Arya Stark, I guide clients through the deep work of returning to themselves. Through ancestral veneration, intuitive healing, hypnosis, and trauma-informed coaching, I hold space for LGBTQIA2S, Black women and men, and intersectional communities to reconnect with the truth that they are sacred, whole, and inherently worthy.
My own path to worthiness began with healing the mother wound that once left me with imposter syndrome, a fearful avoidant attachment style, and patterns of addiction. Hypnosis helped me find my way home to myself and now I support others in doing the same.
Since January 2024, I’ve been a devoted student of Mystic University, where I’ve completed over 90% of the curriculum (100+ courses) to deepen my spiritual and metaphysical practice.

Working with Aquiera has been an incredibly transformative and healing journey. From the very first session, I felt a deep sense of being seen, heard, and supported in a way that allowed me to fully open up and explore parts of myself I hadn’t yet discovered. Aquiera created a space of deep connection and safety, guiding me through an experience that has truly shifted my energy and my life.
One of the most powerful moments in our work together was discovering one of my spirit animals—an alligator! It was such a grounding realization, embodying strength, patience, and resilience—qualities I’ve carried within me but hadn’t fully acknowledged. Aquiera also helped me connect with two of my ancestors in a way that was profoundly moving. I met a grandmother from the 1600s and an aunt who appeared to me as a 6-year-old child. What struck me most was realizing that this childlike spirit has been walking with me my entire life. It makes so much sense, as I’ve always felt that playful, light-hearted energy within me, and now I understand where it comes from.
Since our sessions, I feel noticeably lighter and freer, like a weight I didn’t even know I was carrying has been lifted. Just last night, I had one of the best evenings I’ve had in a long time—I laughed so hard with old friends, feeling completely present and joyful. One friend even commented, “You’re back to your old self.” That moment solidified for me how much has shifted.
I know this lightness is partly because I’ve been open to receiving guidance from my ancestors, but I also deeply credit Aquiera for speaking life back into me. Her guidance toward self-worthiness and wholeness has been nothing short of a gift. She didn’t just help me reconnect with my energy—she helped me remember who I am at my core.
