Working with Dannielle has been so helpful for me. She and I worked on things that were plaguing me and weighing me down mentally in my relationships. We spoke frequently, openly, honestly, and transparently. Some of the things we talked about was using helpful methods to finding a healthy outlet to let out what it was that was weighing me down, which was journaling. With using the tools that were given to me, it helped open my mind and my heart. It helped teach myself to self regulate and to be open to what’s coming and what has already left.
