I'm Gordon Allen, father, Certified Life Coach, and Spiritual Bio-Hacking Coach specializing in Trauma & Shadow Work for men who are ready to stop running from what's underneath and start reclaiming who they actually are.
My work sits at the intersection of spiritual intelligence and energetic science. I combine quantum healing, metaphysical techniques, chakra and energy work, astrological insight, and crystal guidance to help men identify and dissolve the hidden patterns keeping them stuck. The ones rooted in past trauma, generational conditioning, and the shadow self most men were never given permission to face.

I booked an Energy Healing session as a birthday gift to myself because my spirit told me so. And from the moment my session with Gordon began, I understood why I was led there.
Almost immediately, Gordon identified that my throat chakra was blocked. I wasn't surprised. If I had to describe GORDON, I would say he really knows a lot about crystals. I usually listen to other people’s problems and try to help them, but I tend to take on their issues myself. GORDON helped me see that I have a “savior complex,” which means I forget to take care of myself. He also pointed out that I need more self-love, which I agree with. Then, he quickly named some crystals that can help with self-love and support my heart chakra. Seven months ago, I had a Crystal Guidance Session with Gordon, where he showed me how to create a targeted money crystal grid using 4 specific crystals. I combined the crystal grid with an affirmation from a previous manifestation practice and left the grid in place.
