I am Karnada, known across the spiritual community as the Matriarch Mystic. Like any matriarch, my role is to hold space for whoever walks through the door, to offer wisdom, protection, and guidance to anyone ready to step into a deeper understanding of themselves. For over 20 years, I have walked alongside individuals from all paths of life as they release old trauma, build emotional and cognitive resilience, and reconnect with who they truly are.

WHERE MY HEART HAS DEEP ROOTS

While I serve anyone seeking guidance, two communities hold a particularly sacred place in my work. I have a deep love for caregivers and families raising children with disabilities, having spent years holding space for the parents who give so much of themselves that their own healing waits in line behind everyone else's needs. I also walk closely with single parents, having lived this path myself as a single mother of twins. I know what it means to carry a stress filled life that makes your own purpose feel distant, and I know what it means to find your way back through spiritual insight and self grace.

Family sessions are also available for parents and their children, so healing can happen as a unit when needed.
